Instead, gFilta uses a fully secure Google Oauth process to access your Gmail data directly from Google's servers. Once the data is retrieved from Gmail, it is sent via API directly to your local machine where gFilta runs in the your choice of web browser. We do not host or store your data anywhere, which means that your data is as secure as your own device's security measures. It's important to note that while gFilta is designed to be a safe and reliable tool, we encourage all users to exercise good judgment when it comes to managing their email and to take an active role in ensuring the security of their own devices. Description of Service
gFilta is an innovative Gmail organization application developed by Certified Bice Ltd. that helps users easily manage their Gmail inbox. The application leverages advanced algorithms to intelligently filter and sort incoming emails based on user-defined criteria, making it easier to prioritize and respond to important messages while minimizing distractions from low-priority emails. With gFilta, users can create custom filters and labels, saving valuable time and streamlining their email management process.

User Conduct
By using gFilta, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

You will not use gFilta for any unlawful purpose.
You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts gFilta or the servers and networks connected to gFilta.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of gFilta or any other accounts, systems, or networks connected to gFilta.
You will not use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access gFilta for any purpose without our express written permission.

User Content
There is no user content in the system, no uploading of anything other than your organizational labels and filters directly to Gmail.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on gFilta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Certified Bice Ltd. or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
gFilta is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
Certified Bice Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of gFilta or with the delay or inability to use gFilta, or for any information, products, and services obtained through gFilta, or otherwise arising out of the use of gFilta.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Certified Bice Ltd., its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand,
including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of gFilta.

Modification of Terms
Certified Bice Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use gFilta after such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications.

Termination
Certified Bice Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your access to gFilta at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of gFilta shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the
American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Denver, Colorado.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Certified Bice Ltd. with respect to the use of gFilta and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Certified Bice Ltd.
